The blade is marked on one side "Manufacture Royale de Châtellerault" and on the other side "Mai 1846" and stamped on the heel "B" under star in a shield and "L" under crown in an oval. Remainder of leather tie. Model steel scabbard with tobacco color patina and small traces of oxidation in places, with two suspension rings and symmetrical sting. 100,5 cm (blade 86 cm).
