France, 1st World War. Adrian model 15 infantry helmet. 80% night-blue camouflage paint, brush-applied over factory horizon-blue paint, with traces of oxidation in places. Model 15 infantry front insignia mounted in original. 2nd type inner cap in two parts, black leather. Goatskin chinstrap, dry and brittle leather. Complete. (In uncovered condition, with wear and tear. Fairly good condition.)
