Lot of 12 drawings made at the Paris Opera in the 50's and 60's with stamp of the sale by Kahn-Dumousset at Drouot in March 2011.

Note: Charles KIFFER is a French painter, draughtsman, sculptor, engraver and poster artist. From 1918, he attended the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. A pupil of Cormon, he exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants, the Salon d'Automne and the Salon des Tuileries in Paris.
He visited a variety of themes, including dance and ballet. He illustrated posters for many stars, including Charles Trénet, Édith Piaf and Yves Montand.
