Mariia KULCHYTSKA After travels and encounters across Africa and Asia, and a first exhibition on women from a tribe in northern Thailand, Ukrainian photographer Mariia KULCHYTSKA specialized in the world of ballet. She has toured international theaters and festivals, and worked with famous brands and artists. She has exhibited in Moscow, Rome, Genoa, Berlin... In March 2024 she opened her own studio in Berlin. "For me, it's important to create an art object that lives beyond time and fashions, something that would have been relevant a hundred years ago and will still be relevant a hundred years from now. Having said that, it's important to say that in my work, it's not just my story, it's the story of each ballerina who shares her universe with the viewer."
