Rectangular chest of drawers in veneer and cube marquetry, opening with six drawers in four rows, the uprights rounded and fluted, the whole resting on four toupie legs. Ornamented with chased and gilded bronzes such as a frieze of foliate scrolls, asparagus leaves, lock escutcheons, draw handles, lamp-ends and sabots, and a gray-veined white marble top. Louis XVI style, Napoleon III period. 85 x 111 x 54 cm. (small accidents and missing pieces).
