Rectangular mahogany and mahogany veneer chest of drawers opening with five drawers in three rows, fluted column uprights, all resting on four toupie legs. White marble top surrounded by an openwork gallery. Rich ornamentation in chased and gilded bronze and brass, including gallery, pull handles, trefoil escutcheons, underlining moldings, scrapers, fluting, rings and sabots. Louis XVI period. 89 x 124.5 x 56.5 cm. (accidents, missing parts and restorations, cracked marble top).
