Ottoman Empire, 18th century. Dagger or hunting knife, without scabbard. Brass mounting, octagonal handle in natural material, small cut brass guard. Strong, two-edged blade with stained gray patina and traces of oxidation. One-third flat back engraved with hunting scenes, including dogs chasing wild boars. 43.5 cm (Blade 32 cm). (Wear and age patina. Fairly good condition).
