The case back decorated with flowers and foliage on a guilloché background. The dust cover also in 18K yellow gold (750‰) engraved "Alfred LEMOYNE à La Rochelle, cylindre, 8 roues en rubis". Late 19th century. Gross weight: 55.6 g. (small dents and hair on dial).
