France, Louis-Philippe (1830-1848): Double-barrel tabletop box-action pistol, circa 1840, cal. 15 mm approx. All metal parts white with spots in places. Smooth, round barrels. Chests without decoration. Triggers under trigger guard. Teardrop-shaped walnut stock. The undersides of the barrels are numbered "5" and stamped St Étienne. Functional mechanism with two clear, play-free cocking notches. Inside barrels with minor surface oxidation. 19 cm (barrels 7.5 cm). (Wear and tear, mantelpieces damaged. Good condition).
