Germany, 2nd World War. Schirmmütze troop or Heer artillery non-commissioned officer. Top in feldgrau woolen cloth. Headband in dark green woollen cloth. Red piping. Aluminum eagle, cockade and oak leaves. Brown satinette and mika interior with "KASSEL KÖLNISCHE ST.12" maker's mark. Tan leather sweatband. Black lacquered vulcanized fiber visor. Black leather chinstrap. Size 54 approx. Complete. Worn. (Wear and tear, one or two small moth holes on the back of the plate, sweatband detached over a few centimeters. Good condition).
