DARMONT MORGAN Cyclecar 3 wheeler. Between 1925 and 1933. Type: STR. Serial no.: 50748. Engine: 1,100 cm3 V2 50° twin-cylinder petrol engine. Ø lash. 83.5 x 97 mm. Air-cooled. Drip lubrication. Gearbox: Manual, 3 gears plus reverse. Mileage: No odometer. Registration document: French, 6 CV-2 seats. Technical inspection: None. Condition: Non-running, good general condition, to be restarted. Note: DARMONT was a former French cyclecar manufacturer between the wars, operating in Paris and Courbevoie from 1919 to 1939. Robert DARMONT set up his successful French cyclecar import company, Morgan 3-Wheeler, in 1919. At the end of the war, he joined forces with his brother André, a racing driver, to set up their cyclecar workshop at 27 rue Jules Ferry in Courbevoie near Paris.
