Note: The Durand was designed by Mark Taylor, a wine collector who encountered difficulties when opening vintage fine wines. In 2007, he founded Wining Taylors LLC, based in Atlanta, USA. The name pays homage to Yves Durand, a world-renowned sommelier and mentor to Mark Taylor, who was effective at removing fragile corks from vintage wines.
