Pair of silver cruets, the body decorated in repoussé with a stylized frieze, the scroll-melted socket featuring a figure's head, the openwork and chased base engraved with "AN DAM DE CALLOT" on the reverse. The welded turlupet flap forms the handle. Late 18th century. Master-smith: GD partially effaced, probably Gérard DURUP, received as Master in Paris in 1783. Weight : 418 g. H. 12.5 cm. (slightly deformed bases and dents).
