Belgium, Mid-19th century. Liege-made flobert system pistol. Cal 6 mm, single shot. All metal parts in their original bronze finish. The frame is chased with scrolls. Octagonal barrel stamped "ELG" with sight and rear sight. Steel trigger guard with finger rest. Renaissance-style walnut stock with pointed steel cap. Partly functional mechanism with two cocking notches, the trigger does not actuate the hammer. Inside of barrel clean with shallow scratches. 29.5 cm (barrel 20 cm). (wear and minor accidents, fairly good condition).
