A large rectangular mahogany veneered chest of drawers with a slight central protrusion, opening with five drawers in three rows, fluted and grooved uprights, straight bottom rail, all resting on four toupie feet. Ornamented with chased and gilded bronzes such as underlining moldings, pull handles, key escutcheons, leafy corner motifs, asparagus tips, rings and sabots. Grey-veined pink marble top. Stamped by Pierre GARNIER (1720-1800) received master on 12/31/1742 and JME. Louis XVI period. 93 x 144 x 61 cm. (small accidents and cracks).
