Oval pendant brooch in 18K (750‰) yellow gold and silver adorned with a cameo on carnelian depicting a busty woman in profile. The rim embellished with small rose chips alternating with seven pearls. The setting is decorated with stylized foliage, also paved with small flakes of rose.
