Belgium, Mid-19th century. LEFAUCHEUX system pinfire revolver made in Liège, circa 1850-60. Cal. 11 mm approx. 6 shots. Serial no. "17". All metal parts with small gray patina, chased with scrolls and arabesques. Octagonal rifled barrel with rear sight. Smooth cylinder stamped "ELG" and "T" under star. Trigger under trigger guard. Smooth walnut grip plates and grip ring. Steel ramrod. Functional, single- and double-action mechanism with a clean, play-free cocking notch. Inside of barrel with surface grease and good scratches. 25 cm (barrel 12 cm). (Wear and age patina. Good condition).
