Chased, gilded and patinated bronze clock featuring a young woman with a lyre presented on a rocky mound. The circular white enameled dial shows the hours in Roman numerals. Movement signed FARRET. The rectangular base with springs and rounded ends adorned with gadroons, trophy flowers and foliate scrolls. Romantic period, 19th century. 41.5 x 47 x 15 cm. (accidents to the enamel, movement to be refixed, missing key, stamp and pendulum).
