Belgium, Mid-19th century. LEFAUCHEUX system pinfire revolver of Liege manufacture. Cal. 7 mm approx. 6 shots. All metal parts with slight gray patina and traces of rust blossom oxidation. Smooth round barrel with front sight. Smooth cylinder stamped "ELG" and "N" under crown. Retractable trigger. Smooth walnut stock plates, steel ramrod sighted into the stock. Mechanism partly functional in single action, the hammer does not hold the cocking notches in double action, to be overhauled. Inside of barrel dirty. 16.5 cm (barrel 7 cm). (Wear and tear, mechanism to be overhauled, as is).
