LW regulation sword, model 1934.
Heavy, early model. Nickel silver pommel and guard. The wooden spindle is sheathed in blue watermarked leather. Beautiful white pattern blade with manufacturer's logo "SMF SOLINGEN" (Solinger Metallwaren Fabrik Stöcker & Co) surmounted by the LW "8" control stamp. Wooden scabbard sheathed in blue leather with nickel silver fittings, complete with clamp for hoop.
(Wear and age patina. Good condition).
Note: Early-made sword with unusual LW "8" control stamp.
