France, 1st World War. Adrian model 15 infantry helmet. Blue-gray paint (horizon blue type) 95% present, brush-applied over factory night-blue paint with traces of oxidation and rust in places. Original mounted Model 15 infantry front badge. Black leather 1st type inner cap. Riveted and damaged goatskin chinstrap. (Wear and tear, missing crest rivet, very dusty, as found, never before in collection).
