Soviet Union, Post 2nd GM. Set of two headdresses - Model 41 troop cap. Khaki wool, square-brimmed visor and false chinstrap. Enameled brass Soviet red star insignia. Inner cap in fine black cotton canvas, and sweatband in brown ersatz canvas. No visible markings. Worn. (wear and small moth holes, immediate post-war model made on the 2nd GM model, fairly good condition). - Ushanka model 40. Blue wool with thick lining and synthetic fur. Enameled iron Soviet red star badge. Stitched black canvas lining with white manufacturer's stamp and size 56. (wear and minor accidents, small fur loss, immediate post-war model based on 2nd GM model, fairly good condition).
