The objects are tangible pledges sold as part of a judicial sale ordered by the President of the Tribunal de Grande Instance. They may be withdrawn by the borrower at any time.

Indications are given for information only and, unless otherwise specified, do not constitute an appraisal. Weights given are gross weights. They include stones, mechanisms, slag, fabrics and leathers. Objects and jewelry are sold as is, without warranty.

Jewelry marked "gold" is 18K by default. Jewelry marked "AC" is sold with a charge for breakage or inspection, with no guarantee of title, even in the event of return by the Alloy Guarantee service (9 or 14K). These "AC" jewels will not be available immediately, but within 8 days after inspection by the Saumur Guarantee department.
