Rectangular mahogany veneered sea chest. The sloping front is centered on a chased coat-of-arms with a figured unicorn. The corners, side carrying handles, grip and keyhole are in brass. Interior compartmentalized in chamois leather. Probably English, first half 19th century. 44 x 53.5 x 41.5 cm (cracks in the lid, slight accidents and missing parts, interior in used condition).
